Our aspiration is to become the ultimate choice in fashion for men, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences. We have grown 2x YoY over the last 5 years and now have a strong D2C as well retail presence across 75+ stores.
To fuel the next leg of growth, we are looking to build a world-class founder’s office team with smart generalists to work on top priorities for leadership and lead new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership Support & Strategic Alignment
  • Collaborate with the Founder and senior leadership to define organizational objectives and translate them into actionable team goals.
  • Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on strategic priorities via periodic business reviews.
  • Strategy and execution in digital marketing - leading initiatives to sharpen performance, optimize campaigns, and drive channel effectiveness.
New Initiatives
  • Part of the team to develop and refine the company’s long-term strategy, in line with growth priorities and evolving market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business categories or channels, generate data-driven insights, and lead 0-to-1 execution.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization.

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in consulting or prior founders’ office/similar roles experience at a fast paced startup.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of category trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics software.
