Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision & Implementation:
- Supervise and implement projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new store setups across various locations.
- Monitor and schedule projects using project management techniques while coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure proper execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to standards for all civil and interior fit-out work.
- Arranging quotations from vendors for interior work and negotiating rates to optimize costs
- Track and monitor ongoing projects within the zone, update the project tracker sheet, and provide regular updates to HO.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for new projects in collaboration with the finance team and get necessary approvals from the functional head.
- Monitor and track daily maintenance issues for existing stores to ensure proper upkeep and timely resolution.
2. Capex Management:
- Manage and analyze capital expenditures for projects to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Implement cost-saving measures for ongoing store renovation projects by creatively modifying existing fixtures, maintaining brand identity, and addressing budget constraints.
3. GFC Analysis and Coordination:
- Conduct a thorough review of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings to ensure compliance with design standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with the mall/landlord (LL) for design approvals and manage communication with the mall team to secure necessary clearances.
