Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured store visits using a dedicated SOP audit checklist
  • Perform detailed SOP and experience audits across all retail stores
  • Assign quantitative scores based on SOP adherence and execution standards
  • Discuss audit observations and action points with the Store Manager during the visit
  • Record all maintenance-related concerns in the Store Maintenance Tool during the visit
  • Track and follow up on closure of maintenance issues with the respective stakeholders until resolution
  • Share a comprehensive audit report via email with all relevant stakeholders, covering:
    • SOP compliance gaps
    • Maintenance and infrastructure issues
    • Experience-related observations
    • Agreed corrective actions with defined timelines

Eligibility Criteria
  • Open to Senior Fashion Consultants (SFC), Inventory Managers (IM), and Floor Managers (FM) 
  • Minimum Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 6 months of tenure in the system as of the application date
