Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and chats professionally.
- Deliver excellent service as per company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage 100–150 chats/calls per day.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 2nd PUC or Graduation
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Languages:
- Mandatory: English & Hindi (Fluent)
- Additional regional languages are a plus
